Internationals Super Rugby Misc FAQs Guestbook Admin Account

If you've ever tried to get your head around how the World Rugby Rankings work, this might help.
Based on this detailed explanation on the World Rugby website, the following program emulates the method used for calculating rating points exchange; the basis of the official ranking system.
The same algorithm is used for building pick & go's ranking history and Super Rugby rankings.

Try our new ranking point predictor (bottom of the screen):
Simply tick two teams (next to flags) in the rankings Quick Picker, then press "and Go!".
New buttons will appear next to each possible match outcome.
Click each of the 5 buttons to see that outcome reflected in the rankings.
Now choose another two teams (the next match) in the Quick Picker...and repeat...
For accuracy, fixtures must be entered in the order in which they will be played.
Subscribed users can make predictions on an unlimited number of matches.
